All balloon bouquets are non-refundable once they have been made and delivered. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our items, all sales are final.
To keep your balloons looking their best:
Keep them cool – Balloons should be placed in a cool, shaded area. Avoid heat and direct sunlight, as helium expands and may cause the balloon to pop.
Transport with A/C on – If placing in a car, make sure the air conditioning is running before loading the balloons. A hot car can damage or burst them within minutes.
Avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces – These can cause your balloons to pop or deflate prematurely.
Same-day use recommended – While your bouquet may last longer, we recommend using it the same day for the best look and float time.
