Policy and Terms
At PlayroomHouston, all room decorations, designs, and setup materials provided by our team for any event or service are the sole property of Playroom Houston. By utilizing our services, clients agree to the following terms:

Strict Prohibition on Misrepresentation
Under no circumstances may clients falsely represent themselves as the creators, designers, or decorators of any setups provided by PlayroomHouston. This includes but is not limited to claiming credit for decoration setups in-person or via any medium, such as social media, websites, or promotional materials.
Any client attempting to take credit for work done by PlayroomHouston, whether by collecting materials themselves or falsely claiming to have completed the decoration, will be in direct violation of this policy. PlayroomHouston takes such misrepresentation seriously and will pursue legal or other actions as necessary to protect its brand and intellectual property.

♡ Non Refundable Policy
a. All purchases made through our website are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that once the payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable.

b. In case of any disputes or concerns regarding a purchase, please contact our customer support team, and we will make every effort to assist you.

c. The first deposit is nonrefundable, if you have placed your final deposit within 24 hours of your service then all deposits made are now non-refundable. We do not refund for last minute cancellations, please plan your day accordingly.

d. Once our employee has arrived at your desired location for a set-up, we will message you about their arrival. If you have not checked in with your hotel or if the employee is unable to access the room after 25 minutes of arriving, then the appointment is cancelled and both deposits are non-refundable. You may only reschedule (there will be a rescheduling fee).

e. Please make sure your room has nothing in the way that may hinder our decoration set up. If the room is a mess, we will not be moving things around to work around the mess. If the bed is a mess and not decently made, we will not arrange the bed for you. Instead, we will refuse to offer our services as a messy room is a safety/health hazard to our employees. (Please note that, PlayRoomHouston is also known for its luxury romantic room decors. If the room is a mess this will disrupt our work, our time, and our efforts to creating the room you may desire.)

f. Referring back to "Non Refundable Policy, E", if the room is a mess upon our arrival, then the service is cancelled and both deposits are non-refundable. You may only reschedule (there will be a rescheduling fee).

♡ Chargebacks
a. By booking with PlayroomHouston LLC, clients acknowledge and accept our policies. In the event of a chargeback before or after service completion, we are committed to resolving the matter diligently. However, if cancellation of the chargeback fails, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to protect our interests and uphold the integrity of our services. Furthermore, failure to cancel a chargeback may result in us exercising our right to expose the client to spread awareness of scams, ensuring transparency within our community. It is imperative for clients to adhere to our policies to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial experience.

♡ Location Services
a. Location services must be within a 20-mile radius of zip code 77441. For clarity on acceptable locations, please refer to the map provided in our "Locations We Service" section. As we still do service Downtown Houston. Should you have any further inquiries or specific requests, please don't hesitate to message us, as we may be able to accommodate your needs.

b. At present, our services are limited to within the state of Texas, with service available in Houston and select cities including San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin. While we do not typically travel outside of the state, exceptions may be made for out-of-state travel on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries and note that out-of-state travel will only be considered for packages exceeding $500 in value, excluding travel fees and overnight accommodations. Thank you for your understanding.

c. For the safety of our employees, we do not facilitate house or apartment calls; only bookings at AirBnBs are accepted. Kindly be aware that when listing an AirBnB, we will request a screenshot as proof to ensure it is a genuine BnB establishment and not a personal residence. This precaution is essential to maintain the security and professionalism of our services. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

♡ Deposit Fees
a. For certain services, we may require a deposit fee to secure your reservation, appointment, or order. The deposit fee will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
​
b. The deposit fee typically ranges from 50% to 65% of the total room service cost and is deemed non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Your provision of the deposit fee signifies your acceptance of the associated terms and conditions, acknowledging that it will be deducted from the overall product or service expenses. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

c. Your final deposit fee is due at least 24 hours before your service. If there is a failure of payment of the final deposit fee at last 24 hours before your service, then your service is deemed to be cancelled and your first deposit is forfeited.

d. If we have failed to inform you of your final deposit, please be sure to message us and that you have the deposit paid at least 24 hours before your service.
​
e. For appointments booked at the last minute, the initial deposit is considered nonrefundable without exceptions. Please be aware of this policy before finalizing your booking.

♡ Rescheduling Fees
a. Rescheduling with no fees added are only for clients that canceled at least 48 hours before their appointment time.
​
b. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time and you are wishing to do a reschedule, there will be a rescheduling fee to cover the cost of helium balloons that is in your package as we usually pre-order the helium balloons the day before your appointment. This fee will range from $30-$100 depending on your package.

♡ Cancellation and Refund Requests
a. If you wish to cancel a purchase/booking, you must notify us within 24 hours of making the first deposit payment. If it is beyond 24 hours you are only allowed to reschedule.

b. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our customer support team and provide all the necessary details and proof of purchase.
​
c. Any requests of rescheduling are accepted, and your deposit may be used for the new date. ​

♡ Completed Services
a. If you have paid for a service, such as a room decoration, and the service has been completed, there will be no refunds issued.
​
b. Once the room decoration is set up and completed, it is considered a fulfilled service, and no refunds will be granted. Once we leave the room and have sent our completed photos, anything that happens after we leave the room is something that is out of our control.
​
c. While we prioritize honesty and integrity among our employees, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any missing items. Please trust that we take every measure to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountability within our team.

d. We are not responsible for any damages. Our packages are made to ensure there is no damages to the hotel or BnB.
